Soft Pear Clafoutis: the Easy Recipe

We usually eat clafoutis with cherries, but with pears it's really good and especially a nice change. I used half the sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, and 2 tablespoons of fresh cream; it was really delicious.

I added 2 pears and 2 apples, 150 grams of sugar instead of 180, and just one packet of vanilla sugar sprinkled on top of the clafouti halfway through baking, which was perfect.

Quick and excellent Quick to make, and simply excellent, especially fresh... My suggestion: Don't hesitate to add 3 or 4 pears. I used a little less sugar, but it's a matter of taste.

Delicious Simple but very easy to make, quick, and above all, very tasty. I made it with canned pears (cooked for a maximum of 30 minutes) and added some cinnamon. I also replaced, as mentioned in a comment, 10 dcl of milk with 10 dcl of pear syrup.

Simple and effective Simple and effective recipe. Foolproof! My suggestion: Given the differing opinions on cooking times, there is an easy way to know when to remove the dish from the oven: Insert a knife into the center of the dough. If the knife comes out clean, the cooking is complete. If not, wait a few more minutes and repeat the process.
