A very easy, very quick recipe to prepare that will delight your guests.
Cut the butter and the trout into pieces. Pour everything into a small food processor. Add ground pepper, a pinch of chili powder, and a few sprigs of fresh dill.
Blend all the ingredients finely. Transfer the butter to a nice bowl and decorate with a sprig of fresh dill. Chill.
To finish, take out half an hour before serving. Serve as an appetizer with homemade blinis or toasted bread slices.
