Blend the smoked salmon with the cream cheese and 1 or 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, then season with pepper.
Fill the cones or other appetizers with the mixture using a piping bag. Season with pepper and garnish with dill.
To finish, if you enjoy dill, you can blend it directly into the mixture. Keep it refrigerated before serving.
