Season the tomato sauce with oil, some chopped basil leaves, salt, and pepper. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
Unroll the dough in your cold pan, removing the parchment paper. Cook over high heat for 4 to 5 minutes until the dough is golden brown. Reduce to low heat and flip the dough.
Layer in this order: tomato sauce, cheese. Let cook on low heat for about 8 minutes. Your pizza is ready when the cheese is melted.
Spread the remaining basil leaves. Serve immediately.
