Simple Chocolate Cake Recipe for Easter

A very simple chocolate cake, but very good for Easter. The recipe is very easy for a melty and deliciously chocolatey result.

Ingredients
 50 Liquid cream
 100 Dark chocolate
 3 Egg
 120 Sugar
 30 Cocoa
 200 Flour
 1 Baking powder
 50 Milk chocolate

For the preparation of the ganache, pour 150 ml of liquid cream into a saucepan, bring to a boil, then melt the milk chocolate and add it to the cream while mixing. Add 100 ml of liquid cream off the heat and then whisk until it thickens. Let the ganache cool in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Preparation of the sponge cake, preheat your oven to 150°C. Whisk the eggs with the sugar. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, then add it to the egg and sugar mixture, mixing everything together. Whip 250 ml of liquid cream, add it to the mixture, and mix well. Pour the mixture into the greased and floured mold. Bake for 50 minutes at 150°C.

To finish, once cooled, cut the sponge cake into two equal discs. Spread the ganache between the two discs. Grate dark chocolate over the top of the cake. Decorate as desired.
