    Good recipe Good cream, easy and quick to make. But unfortunately, I still can't find the recipe for the creams used by bakers/pastry chefs... My suggestion: WARNING: reduce the proportions by half for a simple tart, otherwise you'll end up with a huge pot of cream that you won't know what to do with! You can replace white sugar with brown sugar for more flavor.

    Good quick recipe Basic recipe for pastry cream, not too many eggs compared to other recipes! My suggestion: I used half flour, half cornstarch, to lighten it a bit! You can also add a little rum or orange liqueur for extra flavor!

    Easy and excellent! Very good cream. My suggestion: I think it should be left to cook for a good 10 minutes to achieve a thick consistency.
