 10 Fresh cream
 1 Egg
 5 Powdered sugar
 2 Vanilla sugar

Preparation of the dough Preheat the oven to 190 °C (fan). Roll out the dough in a mold, keeping the parchment paper underneath. Prick the dough a few times with a fork. Place a sheet of parchment paper on the dough and add some beans to prevent the dough from rising during cooking. Bake in the oven (as low as possible) for 10 minutes.

Preparation of the blueberries: Cook 450 g of blueberries covered and over low heat with 2 tablespoons of sugar for 10 minutes, then drain for a few minutes.

Preparation of the mixture Beat the egg with the remaining sugar and a packet of vanilla sugar. Add the fresh cream.

Assembly Once the tart crust is baked, remove the paper and the beans. Pour the egg/cream mixture onto the pastry. Gently add the semi-cooked blueberries and distribute the remaining 50 g of blueberries.

Cooking and serving: Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a fan oven at 190 °C. Remove from the oven. Allow to cool. Decorate by dusting the edges of the tart with powdered sugar.
