To try: this recipe for seed and sun vegetable pizza.
Preheat your oven to 220°C using conventional heat.
Peel and cut the onion into quarters, then cut each quarter in half. Cut the zucchini into slices. Sauté in a pan with oil until they are golden.
Roll out the pizza dough on your baking sheet, keeping the parchment paper underneath.
Spread the tomato sauce, mozzarella, and vegetables and bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the lower part of your oven.
To finish, once out of the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes and sprinkle your pizza with crumbled feta and basil leaves.
