Preheat the oven to 180°C. Then wash the bell pepper and cut it into small cubes. Slice the feta into thin pieces. Roll out a puff pastry (keeping the paper) and spread the tomato sauce while leaving a border of about 2 cm. Add the chopped bell pepper, feta, and then the thyme and rosemary.
Beat the egg, then use a brush to moisten the edge of the dough. Use the second piece of dough to cover the base and press the edges of both pieces together with a fork. Brush the top of the tart with the beaten egg.
Place a glass in the center of the pie (without pressing down) and cut into 16 equal pieces.
To finish, create the "sun" pattern by gently turning each piece on itself 2 to 3 times. Bake the tart for about 35 minutes. Sprinkle with poppy seeds when taking it out of the oven.
