This recipe is part of our daily routine, no more wasted bread, and a delight for appetizers or for making sandwich meals. I often add grated carrots or grated zucchini as well.

It's very good with stale bread and there are plenty of variations to make; instead of bacon, you can use surimi or tuna. I will be quick to try it!

In these times of crisis... what a good idea this savory pudding is; made last night, everyone enjoyed it! My suggestion: I added a few slices of leeks and grilled onions. With a green salad on the side: here’s a meal everyone liked. (I incorporated the eggs after blending the bread and cooled milk)

a treat and super simple a recipe that is all the rage at home, even with the little ones, super easy to get them to eat vegetables, plus it helps avoid wasting bread My suggestion: even better with brioche bread

Savory pudding I’m sure it’s good, so I’ll note it down in advance, but I have one big question: fresh goat cheese or aged, or log? And what proportion?
