Today I am sharing a savory cake recipe. Perfect for an appetizer, buffet, picnic, or lunch box, it is delicious and complete, yet remains light. Additionally, it is easy to make and accessible to everyone.

Ingredients
 6 Egg (whites and yolks separated)
 Salt
 Pepper
 150 Flour
 1 Baking powder
 300 Surimi sticks
 150 Cooked or canned peas
 60 Pitted black olives
 150 Feta
 1 Provencal herbs

Preheat the oven to 180°C, static heat. Line a 30*10 cm loaf pan with parchment paper.

Prepare all the ingredients. Cut the surimi into 1 cm pieces and the olives into small pieces. Cut the feta into cubes.

In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

In another large bowl, mix the egg yolks with salt and pepper until they lighten in color.

Gently fold in the egg whites in 3-4 additions using a spatula.

Mix the flour and baking powder and fold them in with a spatula in 2-3 batches, until you achieve a smooth texture.

Add the other ingredients and gently mix with a spatula.

Pour the batter into the mold and smooth the surface.

Bake for 55 minutes or until the cake is golden and a wooden skewer comes out clean.
