Ingredients
 4 Burger buns (with sesame)
 4 Ready to sauté salmon with chives.
 1 Zucchini
 3 Peppers
 Ricotta
 Olive oil
 Parsley (optional)
 Sesame seeds (optional)

Clean the vegetables. Slice the zucchini and peppers into thin pieces. Lightly brush them with a little olive oil and grill until they are nicely golden. Keep them warm.

Reheat the salmon with chives: without adding any fat, cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side in a pan over low heat.

Cut the burger buns in half and toast them in the toaster.

Spread the small breads with ricotta.

Garnish with a prepared salmon with chives, grilled vegetables, and a bit of parsley, then sprinkle everything with sesame seeds if desired.
