Preparation of the ingredients Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Peel the butternut and cut it into large cubes, then place it in a baking dish.
Salt, pepper, sprinkle with cumin to your taste, and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well with your hands.
Cooking: Bake for approximately 40 minutes. If during cooking the vegetables color too much but are not yet cooked, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil and lower the oven temperature.
