A delicious quick recipe for a berry crumble.
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Wash the red fruits.
Cook them over low heat in a saucepan with 60g of brown sugar for a few minutes.
Distribute the fruits into 6 ramekins. Mix the flour, butter, almond powder, and brown sugar until a crumble forms.
Spread over the fruits in each ramekin.
To finish, bake for 15 minutes. The crumble should be golden and enjoyed warm.
