Today, I offer you a new recipe for chicken wings with Thai flavors. They are nicely flavored but not spicy, with a well-balanced taste. This is an economical recipe that is very easy to make. These wings can be served as an appetizer, but also as a main dish, accompanied by their juices.
In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients. Add the chicken wings, previously cut, and mix well to coat them.
Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours (overnight for me).
Preheat the oven to 200°C, convection mode.
Place the wings in a single layer in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
Bake and cook for 25 minutes. Then baste or brush the wings with their juices and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
To finish, serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped coriander leaves and accompanied by lemon wedges, with your choice of side (white rice for me).
