 75 log of goat cheese
 50 Milk

To finish, heat the oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and the thawed spinach. Let cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the beaten eggs and the cheese slices on top, and let cook on low heat. Gently lift one edge of the omelette and tilt the pan a bit so that the liquid flows under the lifted part. This way, your omelette will be perfectly cooked all over.
