I have become a fan of creams even though they weren't really my cup of tea before. But creams like these are very easy to make and are always popular for a dessert or a snack!

Ingredients
 4 salted butter caramel
 500 milk
 30 flan powder or cornstarch
 100 white chocolate
 salted butter caramel

In a small dish, dilute the flan powder with a bit of milk taken from the 500 ml. Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan with the white chocolate and heat over low heat. Add the mixture from the dish to the milk and stir until thickened. In each serving glass, place a layer of salted caramel.

Pour the cream on top and let it cool completely before placing it in the fridge.

Before serving, top with whipped cream and crumble, as well as a drizzle of caramel. Add half a cookie.

To finish NB: If you do not have flan powder, you can use cornstarch.
