For the fruit yogurt
 500 Cream cheese
 1 Antares Apple
 200 mixed red fruits strawberries raspberries currants
For the verbena infusion
 25 Water ingredient
 250 Sugar
 1 Antares Apple
 4 Lemon verbena
 1 Lemon

Pour water and sugar into a saucepan. Add the sliced lemon and heat over medium heat. Peel and core the apple. Place it in the saucepan and bring the liquid to a boil. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in the verbena, and let it cool completely.

When the syrup is cold, drain and cut the infused apple into small cubes. Wash the berries. Cut the fresh apple into small cubes. Mix all the fruits together.

In your glasses, place a layer of cream cheese. Distribute the fruits on top and drizzle with a bit of syrup.

Chef's tip: Depending on the season and your preferences, you can make a syrup with mint, thyme, or citrus.
