One of the Portuguese desserts traditionally served at Christmas and Easter. Very economical, quick, and easy to make.

Ingredients
 500 Sugar
 1 Milk
 Lemon zest
 1 Egg yolk
 Ground cinnamon
 Salt

Cook the vermicelli in boiling water with a little salt and lemon zest. Drain.

To finish, add the warmed milk, butter, and sugar to the noodles. Add the egg yolk. Mix.
