 1 Milk
 Lemon zest
 1 Egg yolk
 Ground cinnamon
 Salt

Cook the vermicelli in boiling water with a little salt and lemon zest. Drain.

    I have to try your way. It's funny, I don't do it that way at all; I need to try it this way. My suggestion: I pour the vermicelli into boiling water with the zest; I don't taste it, I just put it like that in a dish with cinnamon on top.

    Light Vermicelli Everyone has their own idea. My suggestion: I cook the vermicelli in half water, then I drain it and add warm skimmed milk. I then add an egg (optional) and sugar to my taste.

    Too much sugar I only added 150 g of sugar and it is already extremely sweet. I also cooked the vermicelli in milk and it did not separate completely. Next time, I will try cooking it in water to see if the cooking is better.

    I love it It's always my mother who made it for me, but she does it by eye, so I've never really known the quantities of the ingredients. My suggestion: Thank you, I succeeded but it's a bit too dry, so with an additional 1/2 liter of milk, it will be even creamier.

    Vermicelli Vermicelli does not have to be cooked in milk. Personally, I cook it in water and it’s very good. My suggestion: When I make vermicelli, I add water, sugar, a cinnamon stick, and lemon. I sprinkle cinnamon on top. I even have fun writing words on it.
