 4 Round zucchini (or seasonal vegetables of your choice)
 1 Chopped small onion
 1 clove Chopped garlic
 15 Grated Parmesan
 1 Chopped parsley
 1 Thyme
 1 Olive oil
 20 Fresh cream
 Salt
 Pepper

Incorporate the onion, cream, bread, garlic, parmesan, parsley, and thyme into the vegetable mixture.

Knead to obtain a uniform filling.

Stuff the previously washed and hollowed vegetables.

To finish, place them in a dish, drizzle with a little olive oil, and then cook for about 45 minutes.
