Quickly, discover this recipe for vegetable tian with melon.
Peel the zucchini or clean the zucchini to keep the skin. Cut into thin slices.
Cut the melon in half, keeping one half for later. Cut the half into two, remove the seeds, then take off the skin. Cut into slices lengthwise.
Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin slices.
Arrange lines of tomato slices, then alternate with zucchini rounds and strips of melon. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Pour a splash of olive oil. Add pepper and salt. Sprinkle with dried herbs.
Bake for about 35 minutes at 180°C, until the vegetables have softened and are roasted.
To finish, enjoy it hot with rice, potatoes, pasta, meat, or fish! Perfect as a side dish for a summer barbecue!
