A vegetable and bacon steak, now there's a simple recipe idea to accompany your meat, charcuterie, or just a green salad.

Ingredients
 2 Potato
 2 Carrot
 1 clove Garlic
 1 Onion
 1 Parsley
 1 cup Flour
 1 cup Breadcrumbs
 2 Egg
 100 Lardons
 1 pinch Salt
 1 pinch Pepper
 sunflower oil for frying

First, grate the carrots, potatoes, onions, and garlic. Meanwhile, grill the bacon for 2 minutes until it is golden in color.

Incorporate the eggs, flour, breadcrumbs, parsley, bacon, salt, and pepper into the mixture. Mix the preparation thoroughly.

Heat the frying oil and prepare vegetable patties with a tool. You can use a glass.

To finish, fry for 2 minutes on each side; in my presentation, I served it with smoked sausages and green salad.
