These balls have a delicious coconut flavor, so I coated them with shredded coconut! Here are some small balls that are too easy to eat! You can serve them with coffee or tea!
Blend the cashews. In a mixing bowl, combine the caramel with the blended cashews. Mix with a spatula until a smooth dough forms. Shape into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and let rest for 1 hour in the fridge.
Remove the plastic wrap and cut into slices of approximately 16g. Roll each slice between damp hands to form a ball. Pour the 30g of coconut into a small bowl and roll the coconut balls in it to coat evenly.
Place the balls in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours before enjoying.
To finish, note: Wet your hands, it's much easier to form the balls. I chose cashew nuts, which have a rather neutral taste, leaving room for the coconut flavor of the caramel, a delight!
