Here is a comforting winter recipe for a soup made with turnip greens and blue cheese, prepared in a cooking robot. Despite the sweetness of the turnip greens, the blue cheese adds a bit of character to this cream soup.

 300 Turnip greens
 1 Potato
 1 Onion
 1 Vegetable broth
 2 Olive oil
 2 blue cheese cream
 2 Sour cream
 50 Grated Emmental cheese

Chop the onion, place it in the bowl of the food processor with the oil, and start the sauté program.

Wash the greens as well as the peeled potato cut into pieces. Once the sauté program is completed, add the greens, the potato, the broth, the curry, 1 liter of water, and start the creamy soup program. 3 minutes before the end of the program, add the blue cheese, the grated cheese, and the cream.

To finish, serve hot with some croutons and a pinch of gomasio.
