 6 Turkey cutlet
 200 Bacon
 6 Mushroom
 Parsley
 Salt and pepper
 Thyme and bay leaf
 2 Onion
 1 Chicken broth
 ¼ Water
 20 Dry white wine
 Olive oil
 Cornstarch

Preparation of the vegetables: Chop mushrooms, bacon, parsley, and an onion. Lightly salt and pepper.

Cooking Sauté everything without fat.

Preparation of the meat: Flatten the turkey cutlets by rolling a rolling pin over them.

Assembly Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center. Tie it all together.

Cooking: In a bit of olive oil, brown the rolls and 1 chopped onion. Meanwhile, bring the chicken broth cube to a boil in 1/4 liter of water. Pour in the white wine over the browned rolls, then add the chicken broth. Add thyme and bay leaf and let simmer for 30 minutes. Remove the rolls and strain the cooking juice. You can thicken it with a little cornstarch.
