Here is the recipe for Tunisian ghraiba made with sorghum, which is also very good for the bones. The recipe is very easy and does not take much time to prepare, making it perfect for celebrating the afternoon snack of Eid.

 250 Sorghum flour
 100 Butter
 50 Sesame seed
 150 Flour
 100 Icing sugar
 150 Sunflower oil

Put all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

With 150 g of sunflower oil, mix all the ingredients.

Roll out the dough with your hand. Use a cookie cutter to make heart shapes and place them on a greased and floured baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (th.6). Place the sorghum cookies in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes depending on your oven.

To finish, let cool for 10 minutes. Serve cold on a dish.

    It's very good and especially very easy to make! Thank you for the recipe. I had never succeeded before, especially since I had to work the dough, warm it up, and even use a grain mill... I even used my small silicone molds.
