Are you looking for a comforting dish that combines seafood flavors and green vegetables? This tuna and broccoli pie is made for you. Easy to prepare, it pairs the delicacy of broccoli with the creaminess of tuna, all wrapped in a creamy filling with eggs. It's designed to make it easier for those who tend to avoid vegetables to enjoy them!
Cook the broccoli in your choice of broth until they become tender enough to puree easily.
Mash the drained broccoli in a large bowl (to be comfortable), let it cool... Roll out the puff pastry in the dish.
Line the tart base with crumbled tuna.
Add the eggs, sour cream, and half of the grated cheese to the broccoli puree, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Spread the obtained mixture over the tuna crumbs.
To finish, sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the tart. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the oven and personal preference.
