 300 Green asparagus
 1 Eggplant
 1 Red bell pepper
 4 cloves Garlic
 2 Olive oil
 1 Honey
 1 Thyme
 Salt

Peel the white asparagus, then cut them into pieces of about 1 cm. Set aside.

Cut the eggplants and bell peppers into 1 cm cubes.

Peel the garlic and finely slice it.

In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the asparagus, garlic, eggplants, and bell peppers with the thyme sprig and honey.
