A simple and delicious tomato, tuna, and parsley quiche recipe!

Ingredients
 1 Bunch tomatoes
 3 Egg
 200 Natural tuna
 1 Parsley
 3 cloves Pink garlic from Brittany
 40 Butter
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Wash and slice the tomatoes.

In a bowl, crumble the tuna using a fork, add the eggs and cream and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper.

Roll out the dough in a pie dish and poke it with a fork. Pour the tuna mixture over the dough. Bake for 30 minutes.

Prepare the herb mixture: peel the garlic cloves and wash the parsley. Blend everything together, add the butter, and season.

Then, blend again. Sprinkle the herb mixture over the quiche as soon as it comes out of the oven. Enjoy immediately.

To finish Tips: you can make this quiche with different varieties of tomatoes! You can also add mustard and/or pesto to your quiche dough or at the bottom of the crust for extra flavor.
