I’m sharing my amazing recipe for a tart with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh goat cheese. The process of caramelizing the tomatoes makes this tart delicious.
Dough: Mix all the dough ingredients with your fingertips (flour, butter, water, and salt). It should resemble sand, which is normal! Form a ball. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Topping: Place the rest of the topping ingredients in a dish, except for the cheese and mustard! Oil, season with salt, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
Spread the dough in a medium-sized pan (with parchment paper if needed) and then spread a layer of mustard on the bottom. Add the filling and then place the cream cheese in the middle.
Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste and cook again for 25 to 30 minutes.
