 1 Celery stalk
 6 Large onion
 1 clove Garlic
 1 dash Olive oil
 1 pinch Salt
 1 Sugar
 1 Cumin

Preparation of the ingredients In a large bowl, place the washed, unpeeled tomato wedges (remove the core).

Cooking Cook over low heat for 45 minutes, then stir. Remove 2 to 3 liters of cooking water, stir. In a large skillet, add oil, celery, salt, sugar, sautéed onions, and garlic. After 15 minutes, add them to the pulp. Cook everything together for 30 minutes and blend.

Preservation: Jar and sterilize for about 90 minutes, including 15 minutes at over 100 °C. Let cool in the sterilizer.
