Ingredients
 800 Marigold tomato
 1 Little mango
 1 clove Garlic
 1 Brown sugar
 3 Olive oil
 4 Sherry vinegar
 Basil
 Salt
 Freshly ground pepper

Rinse the tomatoes under clear water and then cut them into cubes. Remove the skin from the mango and cut the flesh into pieces.

Peel and crush the clove of garlic.

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes and mango, garlic, bread crumbs, and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper, then add olive oil, vinegar, and basil leaves. Chill for at least two hours.
