Very easy recipe.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat the egg whites until stiff, and in another bowl, whisk the yolks with the sugars.
Add the mascarpone with the yolks, mix, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Mix well with a spatula.
Scrape the vanilla bean, incorporate the seeds, and let the pod infuse in the coffee.
Dip the ladyfingers on the surface (not completely) in the coffee, then arrange them in the dish, spread a layer of cream, and repeat the process until all ingredients are used up.
To finish, top with a layer of cream, sprinkle with cocoa or coffee, then let set in the refrigerator overnight.
