Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Wash and place the sweet potatoes in an oven-safe dish. Cover it with aluminum foil.
Cook the sweet potatoes for 30 minutes.
Cut the sweet potatoes in half and scoop out the center of the potatoes, equivalent to two tablespoons of flesh.
In a mixing bowl, pour in the ground meat, sweet potato cubes, shallots, garlic, ketchup, mustard, sweet paprika, cumin, pepper, and salt. Mix well and distribute the filling over the sweet potatoes.
Cut the flesh into small cubes.
Peel and thinly slice the shallots.
Peel the garlic and chop it.
Drizzle with a little oil. Bake for 15 minutes to cook and brown the meat.
