 250 Morbier
 30 White wine from the Jura
 5 Large potato
 3 Onion
 1 Cooked sausage
 2 Sour cream

Preparation of the potatoes: Boil the potatoes with the skin in water. Drain and let them cool so you can peel and cut them into small pieces.

Preparation of the ingredients Slice the cheese, keeping 4 nice slices and cutting the rest into chunks. Cut the sausage into small cubes, making sure to keep 6 slices.

Cooking Sauté the diced sausage and sliced onions in a large pan; when everything is nicely browned, add the diced potatoes, and season with pepper. Allow everything to brown nicely.

Add the pieces of cheese, mix well, once the cheese is melted, pour in the white wine and let simmer on low heat for about twenty minutes, allowing the potatoes to soak up the flavors. After this time is up, add the cream and mix gently.

Preparation and Baking Butter a baking dish, add the mixture. Arrange the slices of sausage and cover with cheese slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (400 °F) and let brown for 15 to 20 minutes depending on your oven.
