This recipe for tapenade rolls made with organic butter puff pastry is presented.

Preparation of the tapenade: In a mixer bowl, combine the chopped garlic clove, anchovy fillets, capers, chopped basil, and black olives. Blend fairly finely and gradually incorporate the olive oil in three additions to achieve a smooth paste.
Preparation of the rolls: Unroll the square butter puff pastry, keeping its baking sheet.
Using a knife, spread the mixture evenly over the entire surface of the dough. Roll the dough tightly into a large log. Cover it with baking paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C.
As soon as it comes out of the freezer, cut the dough into slices 1 cm thick. Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
To finish, remove from the oven and let cool before placing on a nice serving plate.
