 150 Semolina sugar
 2 Water

Grease the molds with a clean cloth and wipe off the excess.

Place the sugar in a saucepan and add the syrup, then the water. Stir and continue cooking on high heat.

When the mixture is fully melted, bring to a boil and maintain the boil until the syrup reaches 170°C (if you don't have a sugar thermometer, total cooking time is about 6 minutes).

The syrup should form large, generous bubbles and have slightly reduced.

Pour the syrup immediately into the molds and insert the sticks at the time of molding.

To finish, let cool at room temperature for 1 hour before unmolding.
