Recipe for Sun Tart with Plums

The sun pie, an easy pie to make: just a few ingredients and simple steps are enough to prepare it. Elegant and delicious, it's a great way to make an impression. Both young and old will love it and will devour it in no time!

Ingredients
 2 All-butter puff pastry
 1 egg yolk
 2 ground almonds
 200 green plums

Wash and dry the plums. Remove the pits. Cut them in half and then each half into two. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Roll out a disk of dough on parchment paper placed on a baking sheet. Spread the plum jam up to 1 cm from the edges (without piercing the dough), arrange the plums, and sprinkle with ground almonds. Moisten the edge with a brush and cover with the second disk of dough. Press around the edges to seal them.

Turn a glass upside down in the center of the tart. Cut it into regular strips starting from the outside towards the glass. Remove the glass and gently twist each strip of dough starting from the center. Brush with beaten egg yolk and place in the oven for about 35 minutes.

To finish, take the tart out of the oven, slide it onto a cooling rack, and let it cool. Enjoy!
