Blend the cookies and add the melted butter. Place the mixture at the bottom of the mold and then set aside in the refrigerator.
Pour the salted caramel over the bottom of the cheesecake and refrigerate again.
Beat the cream cheese with the liquid cream and the powdered sugar. Add the mascarpone. Then add the chopped strawberries. Mix well.
To finish, refrigerate the cheesecake for about 4 hours before enjoying.
