Ingredients
 250 Beef
 3 Soy sauce
 1 Potato starch
 3 cloves Garlic
 Pepper
 Sugar
 1 Water
 200 Thai rice
 1 Tomato paste
 1 Ketchup
 2 Egg
 1 Tomato
 5 Onion
 1 Lemon (juice)
 1 Salt
 1 Pepper
Directions
1

Cut the beef into cubes and place it in a bowl. Or if, like me, you live in a place where this dish is popular, there's no need to cut it into cubes; it's already done. Chop the 2 cloves of garlic. Add them to the bowl of meat. Add a lot of pepper. Then the potato starch and the 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Finally, add the tablespoon of water. Mix everything together and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

2

Meanwhile, chop the last garlic clove. Slice the onion and tomato. 30 minutes before the meat's resting time is over, prepare the rice. Rinse and cook for the indicated time. Squeeze the lemon into a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper. You can add a chopped chili (for those who enjoy spicy flavors). Heat a pan with a little oil. In another pan, add a little oil and cook your eggs sunny-side up. Once the rice is cooked, set it aside. Still in the same pot that was used to cook the rice, add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

3

Then add either the tomato paste + sugar or the ketchup. After 2 minutes, add the rice and stir. In the meantime, sauté the meat over high heat for 5 minutes.

4

To finish, plate the dishes: rice with tomato, the fried egg on top, the meat on the side, and on the other side a bit of tomato and onion. All of this is accompanied by lemon sauce.
