Discover this recipe for squash soup, with nostalgic flavors perfect for warming up in winter. Easy and quick to prepare, this tasty and economical recipe will be ideal as a starter for a family dinner.
Peel the slice of squash and cut it into cubes. Peel the other vegetables and cut them into pieces. Place everything in the steamer basket of the pressure cooker.
Add a little water to the pot (about 2 large glasses of water) and heat the water. Place the steaming rack in the water and add the vegetable basket. Close the pot and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
Remove the vegetables and blend everything, gradually adding the cooking broth (depending on whether you want a thicker or thinner soup). Add salt, pepper, and a hint of nutmeg.
To finish, serve this soup with a drizzle of cream (and for those who are extra indulgent, some grated cheese).
