Ingredients
 1 thick slice of squash
 1 small leek
 2 potatoes
 1 onion
 1 pinch nutmeg
 salt and pepper
 liquid cream

Peel the slice of squash and cut it into cubes. Peel the other vegetables and cut them into pieces. Place everything in the steamer basket of the pressure cooker.

Add a little water to the pot (about 2 large glasses of water) and heat the water. Place the steaming rack in the water and add the vegetable basket. Close the pot and let it cook for about 20 minutes.

Remove the vegetables and blend everything, gradually adding the cooking broth (depending on whether you want a thicker or thinner soup). Add salt, pepper, and a hint of nutmeg.

To finish, serve this soup with a drizzle of cream (and for those who are extra indulgent, some grated cheese).

    A creamy soup This is a successful and creamy soup. My suggestion: I didn't add the leek because I think it would ruin the taste and color of the soup.

    Ideal for winter Excellent soup to enjoy with homemade bread croutons. An incredibly easy recipe to make. My suggestion: Don't add too much leek as it masks the flavor of the squash.

    2 carrots were in the vegetable drawer and a handful of cooked chestnuts. Blend everything with very little salted butter: great!!
