A chocolate tart with a holiday flair.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Line the shortcrust pastry in a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork over the entire surface. Cover with a sheet of parchment paper and add weights. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the weights and the parchment paper and extend the cooking time by 10 minutes.
Pour the liquid cream into a saucepan with the spice mix and heat without reaching a boil.
Break the chocolate into a bowl, then pour the cream over it while continuously stirring with a spoon.
When the mixture is smooth and homogeneous, pour it over the baked crust. Set aside in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
In the meantime, prepare the decorations: preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roll out the second shortcrust pastry on the work surface and cut out stars using a cookie cutter.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes. Let them cool completely.
To finish, crush the hazelnuts and place them around the edges of the tart. Add the small crumbly stars and then sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
