 100 Pine nuts
 160 whole wheat spaghetti
 2 Zucchini
 3 Olive oil
 2 cloves Garlic
 2 Sage
 200 Mixed mushrooms
 60 Parmesan
 2 Figs
 2 Parsley
 Salt
 Pepper

For the preparation, start by cooking the whole wheat spaghetti. Prepare zucchini spaghetti using a vegetable cutter. Peel the garlic cloves and slice them. Clean the mushrooms and cut them if they are too large.

For the cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan, sauté the garlic and mushrooms, then add the sage leaves. Sauté over high heat for a few minutes. Add the spaghetti and zucchini and toss everything to combine well. Grate the cheese over the pasta and incorporate it. Season everything with salt and pepper.

To finish For plating, divide the pasta among 4 plates. Add the quartered figs and the previously toasted pine nuts. Finally, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
