 1 Onion
 3 Peanut butter
 2 Soy sauce
 2 cloves Minced garlic
1 Sesame oil or olive oil or hazelnut oil
 Salt

Directions
1

Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot, cook the spaghetti for 3 minutes.

2

Add the broccoli in small florets, the red peppers sliced into strips, and the chopped onion to the spaghetti.

3

Cook until the spaghetti is al dente, and the vegetables should be crisp (about 4 to 5 more minutes).

4

Drain the vegetables and the pasta, reserving about a cup of the cooking water.

5

While the pasta is cooking, you can prepare the sauce. Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, oil, and salt and pepper.

6

Add cooking water as needed to bind the sauce and mix with the pasta. It's ready...

7

Finally, the spaghetti has a slight nutty flavor compared to regular spaghetti, but you can easily use regular pasta.
