Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Place boiling water in a dish. Put butter in pieces into a bowl. Place the bowl in the dish and let it melt gently.
Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugars.
When the butter is almost cooled, add the honey and the egg. Mix gently. Add this mixture to the flour and sugars.
Mix with your fingers and add the chocolate cut into small pieces.
