Easy to prepare, it will please both kids and adults thanks to its melting texture and subtle flavor. The banana provides a naturally fruity and sweet aspect, while the white chocolate adds a comforting vanilla note.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Butter and flour a cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
Melt the broken white chocolate into small pieces in the hot milk.
In a mixing bowl, work the softened butter with the 35 g of vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the whole eggs one by one. Then incorporate the sifted flour and baking powder, followed by the white chocolate milk.
Mash a banana with a fork. Incorporate it into the batter. Pour the mixture into the mold. Cut the other two bananas into slices, distribute them on the cake, and sprinkle with the remaining 15 g of vanilla sugar.
To finish, slide the cake into a medium oven for about 35 minutes. When it comes out of the oven, wait a few minutes before unmolding. Enjoy it warm or cold. And for even more indulgence, serve this cake with a dark chocolate sauce or a dollop of whipped cream.
