Ingredients
 ½ Reblochon
 1 spring onions
 2 pears
 The juice of half a lemon
 1 oregano
 2 sugar
 2 olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible on parchment paper. Cut out 4 individual pizzas from this dough.

Slice the cheese into fairly thin pieces and place them on the pizzas. Place the pizzas with their parchment paper on the baking tray and let them cook for about fifteen minutes, until they are golden and the cheese is melted.

In the meantime, wash and slice the onions. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and sugar. Cook for about ten minutes over medium heat until they caramelize slightly.

Wash and slice the pears very thinly, preferably using a mandoline, and immediately drizzle them with lemon juice.

Spread the onions over the pizzas as soon as they come out of the oven and place a few slices of pears on top.

To finish, sprinkle with oregano and serve immediately with some salad greens.
