As a starter or as a vegetable side dish with meat, these quick little clafoutis are delicious...
Preheat the oven to 180°C (th 6). Immerse the peas in boiling salted water and cook for 3 minutes if they are fresh or 8 minutes if they are frozen.
In the meantime, dice the ham. In a bowl, mix the cheese, eggs, milk, and pepper until the mixture is smooth.
Butter 4 individual baking dishes. Drain the peas, then distribute them in the dishes with the ham. Pour the garlic and herb cheese mixture over them and bake for about 15 minutes.
To finish, serve hot as a starter or as a side dish. For a little exotic touch, flavor the clafoutis with a pinch of curry. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
