In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale. Incorporate the lemon zest and juice, then the cream to achieve a nice fluffy consistency.
Divide among 6 heatproof cups. Place them on the baking sheet and pour boiling water until halfway up the cups.
Finally, bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 160°C.
